The Family Services Department at Community Action Partnership of Greater St. Joseph is dedicated to empowering low-income families through comprehensive support and capacity-building programs. Our Community Health Workers offer intensive case management through the HEALTH program, focusing on stabilizing and strengthening vulnerable households. Additionally, our workforce development initiatives equip individuals with the skills, training, and resources necessary to secure and sustain meaningful employment.
