Community Center

Known as "The Barn," Woodmoor’s Community Center has a rich history dating back to 1919. Originally constructed as a dairy barn, it was rebuilt in the 1940s following a fire and remained in agricultural use until the early 1960s, when the property was acquired by Steve Arnold of The Woodmoor Corporation. Since then, the building has been thoughtfully renovated and repurposed by the Woodmoor Improvement Association to serve as a versatile Community Center. Today, The Barn hosts a wide range of events for both residents and non-residents, including private celebrations, weddings, receptions, holiday gatherings, seminars, meetings, classes, and church services making it a valued and functional space for community engagement.
