Common Areas

As members of the Woodmoor Improvement Association, all Woodmoor residents share ownership of the community's common areas valuable assets originally deeded to the Association by the community’s developers. These natural spaces are open for the enjoyment and recreation of all residents and contribute significantly to the beauty and character of Woodmoor. The Association is committed to preserving these areas in their natural state while making thoughtful enhancements as resources and volunteer support allow. Residents are encouraged to participate in efforts to maintain and protect these shared spaces. Please remember that pets must be leashed or under positive control at all times, and owners are expected to clean up after their pets to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.
