Architectural Control

Architectural Control plays a vital role in preserving the aesthetic integrity, visual harmony, and overall character of the Woodmoor community. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for reviewing and approving a wide range of exterior home maintenance and improvement projects, including new home construction, significant modifications, and hundreds of homeowner-initiated enhancements each year. In collaboration with residents, the ACC establishes clear guidelines for construction permits and the installation of features such as sports courts, storage sheds, tree houses, elevated play structures, fences, and home additions ensuring that all developments align with the community's established standards.
