The Leon Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program (LEAP) is a 10-month initiative that empowers individuals in the Big Bend region facing economic or personal challenges to launch and grow their own businesses. Managed by the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship and the Jim Moran Institute at Florida State University, LEAP is delivered in partnership with local nonprofits, government agencies, small businesses, and university collaborators.
