The Small Business Executive Program (SBEP) is specifically designed for CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners, and presidents of small businesses. This program equips participants with the tools and strategies needed to strengthen leadership skills and drive business growth. By learning and applying the Business Model Canvas, graduates are better prepared to seize new opportunities, adopt best practice management techniques, and transform challenges into strategic advantages. The program admits up to 25 non-competing applicants, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic learning environment.
