Equine Facilitated Mental Health Learning (EFMHL)

Equine Facilitated Mental Health Learning (EFMHL) is a ground-based, therapeutic activity led by Certified Equine Professionals that promotes emotional, spiritual, and personal growth through calming interactions with horses. By encouraging mindfulness and self-reflection, EFMHL reduces stress and fosters healing. Sessions may also involve licensed counselors or be integrated into recovery programs, with all equine activities safely supervised.
