The Early Learning Coalition (ELC) of the Big Bend Region is committed to enhancing the quality of child care by providing early childhood educators with access to ongoing professional development and support. Through virtual workshops and training sessions, the ELC equips teachers with current, research-based strategies to improve classroom practices and promote school readiness. These opportunities strengthen educators’ knowledge and skills, ultimately supporting better learning outcomes for young children. Topics include movement through music, literacy development, and leadership practices that foster inclusive and collaborative environments for children, families, and staff.
