Your unit will be matched with voucher holders looking for homes of that size, and interested tenants will reach out to you directly. Keep in mind, screening tenants is your responsibility, and you can use your usual methods, like reference and credit checks. If you need, THA can also provide the names and contact information of the tenant’s two most recent landlords.
