The Tallahassee Housing Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV/PBV Section 8) helps eligible families find safe, affordable housing in the community. To check your place on the waitlist, simply call us at 850.210.1486. Please note, beginning July 1, 2024, our administration fee will change from $53.77 to $58.06, in line with HUD’s updated 91% proration rate for CY 2024.
