To promote responsible water use and support long-term resource sustainability, Donala Water & Sanitation District in Colorado Springs enforces outdoor watering restrictions each year from May 1st through October 15th. During this period, residents are limited to watering no more than three days per week, and all outdoor watering must take place before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. These measures help reduce evaporation and ensure efficient water use throughout the community.
