Donala Water & Sanitation District, proudly serving the Colorado Springs area, offers a convenient Auto Pay option for customers who wish to have their water and sanitation payments automatically withdrawn from their checking accounts. To enroll, simply complete the Automatic Withdrawal (ACH) form and, if possible, include a voided check to help ensure accurate processing. Once filled out, you may return the form by email to billing@donalawater.gov, mail it to our Holbein Drive office, or drop it off at one of our two secure drop boxes one located outside King Soopers on Baptist Road near the U.S. Mailbox, and the other in the parking lot at 15850 Holbein Drive.
