Adventure-Based Leadership (ABL) by Falcon AeroLab is an immersive outdoor program for students ages 13–18, focused on building leadership, resilience, and critical thinking through hands-on wilderness training. Based in Monument, CO, the course covers essential backcountry skills including navigation, first aid, rappelling, rock climbing, and emergency response. With no prior experience needed, students gain confidence and teamwork abilities while participating in field trips across Colorado's wilderness. ABL prepares students for lifelong success through practical outdoor challenges and leadership development.
