Mechanicals, Masonry, and Roof

Phase 3 is one of the most exciting steps in the process! Your Project Manager will bring the plumber, electrician, and low-voltage contractors onsite to walk through the project with you, go over their plans, and make sure everything matches your vision. We’ll also cover the roof installation, HVAC layout, and thermostat placement, fireplace and shower niche locations, as well as the stucco and exterior painting process, all while keeping everything aligned with our quality inspection standards.
