Transitional Housing

Clients in any of our programs who are working the program, but are not quite at the point of moving into permanent housing, may be able to participate in our Transitional Housing program. This program will enable clients who are making progress to stay with us for up to 2 years while they continue to work on their individual goals. They will continue to work with their case manager.

The frequency of interactions may decrease over time as the client becomes more independent. While in the Transitional Housing program, clients will be expected to pay rent up to 30% of their income as a way to help them prepare to transition into permanent housing outside of Harford Family House.
