Oblates of St. Benedict are individuals who commit themselves to a life of service to God and others, embodying Christ’s presence in their daily interactions with family, friends, and colleagues. By integrating prayer and work, Oblates live out the values of the Benedictine tradition in their personal and professional lives. While they do not take formal vows or reside at Benet Hill Monastery, Oblates make a personal promise to seek God more intentionally through the guidance of the Rule of St. Benedict. In doing so, they become part of a supportive spiritual community that includes both fellow Oblates and the Benedictine sisters.
