Coordinated Entry

A streamlined crisis response system designed to efficiently connect individuals and families experiencing homelessness to appropriate housing and support services within Waukesha County. Through the use of standardized assessment tools, the program evaluates each household’s unique strengths and needs including those of youth, children, and families to ensure access to the most suitable resources. By prioritizing participant choice and directing the most intensive interventions to those with the highest needs, Coordinated Entry ensures a fair, effective, and person-centered approach to ending homelessness.
