Youth Housing

Supports young adults ages 18 to 24 in Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington counties who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Prioritizing those in the most vulnerable situations, the program uses a coordinated entry process to assess and enroll participants. Youth receive intensive case management and essential resources to promote stability, and once ready, are supported in securing permanent housing. Ongoing services focus on education, employment, life skills, and health to ensure a successful transition to independent living.
