Management Assistance Program

The Management Assistance Program (MAP) is an administrative initiative established in 1986 by the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Youth and Family Services. It was created to foster county-level partnerships among Human Services Advisory Councils, local United Ways, and county governments. MAP is designed to strengthen human service organizations by enhancing their managerial and administrative capabilities, enabling them to more effectively evaluate and improve the efficiency and impact of the services they provide.
