Cross-Age Peer Mentoring (CAP)

Our Cross-Age Peer Mentoring (CAP) program is all about helping middle school B and C students reach their full potential with the support of high-achieving Lapan high school and college mentors. These mentors are specially trained to guide their peers through things like staying on top of assignments, managing time, getting organized, exploring careers, and setting personal goals—all while building a strong, trusting relationship through weekly one-on-one sessions at the Lapan Center. It’s a friendly, supportive way to grow together and stay motivated, both in and out of the classroom.
