BBQ Training-Individual or Group

For the past five years, The Purpose (Team Meat Candy) has offered hands-on BBQ training for all skill levels, from beginners to competition cooks. We keep classes small and affordable, partnering with Collinsville BBQ Supply and Korte Meat Processing to provide top-quality ingredients and a Value Bundle so students can recreate everything at home. Each session includes live demos, samples, and detailed recipe guides with timelines.
