Inspired by Helen Keller’s 1925 challenge, the Foster City Lions Club proudly serves as "knights of the blind," working to support the visually impaired through meaningful programs and initiatives. We actively participate in eyeglass recycling, sight conservation, and fundraising for guide dogs, helping provide essential resources to those in need. We support organizations like the Blind Veterans Association, Blind Babies Foundation, Canine Companions for Independence, and Guide Dogs of the Desert. Through guest speaker events and calendar sales, we continue our mission to enhance the lives of individuals with vision challenges—locally and globally.
