Early Childhood Leadership Academy

The Early Childhood Leadership Academy (ECLA) is a dynamic six-week program designed to equip early childhood education administrators with the skills and strategies needed to create effective, equitable, and culturally responsive learning environments for children ages six and younger. With 60 hours of expert-led instruction, the program focuses on key areas such as early literacy, learning readiness, family engagement, and social-emotional learning. Participants gain practical tools to enhance classroom management, promote educational equity, and support home literacy development, ensuring young learners have a strong foundation for success.
