Young Leader Academy

The Young Leader Academy (YLA) is an immersive learning experience that equips high school students (grades 10-12) with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to excel in leadership, policy analysis, and advocacy. Designed to cultivate a new generation of engaged and empathetic changemakers, YLA provides hands-on opportunities such as internships, policy analysis projects, advocacy campaigns, and leadership retreats. Through mentorship, workshops, and real-world experiences, students develop resilience, self-awareness, and a strong foundation for future careers. By connecting young leaders with community influencers and decision-makers, YLA empowers them to drive meaningful change in their local communities and beyond.
