Housing Trust

NeighborWorks Boise operates the Neighborhood Housing Trust of Idaho, addressing the challenge of homeownership affordability in the state. With a focus on priority populations, specifically those earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income, the trust utilizes a shared equity model to make homeownership attainable. The initial phase includes six homes in the Cole Bluff Cottages community, significantly reducing the cost barrier for homeownership. This initiative is supported by the Harry W. Morrison Foundation and the City of Boise, leveraging Community Development Block Grant Funds to foster sustainable community development.
