Homeowner Repair Program

This initiative is designed for homeowners who are financially unable to cover the costs of necessary home improvements. Funded by the City of Meridian through Community Block Development Grants, the program provides forgivable grants ranging from $2,000 to $25,000, contingent on the homeowner not selling the property within a stipulated period post-repairs. Eligibility is based on income, residency within Meridian city limits, and the occupancy and condition of the home.
