Charity Care

Inland Northwest Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing necessary hospital care to all patients, irrespective of their financial capacity. As part of our mission, and in compliance with state law, we offer free or discounted care to eligible individuals based on family size and income, even if they are insured. We encourage patients to inquire about financial assistance prior to receiving medical services. Our charity care includes emergency and other hospital-based services, offered on a sliding fee scale with discounts starting at 50%. Patients eligible for financial assistance will not be charged more than the standard rates billed to insured patients. Applications for financial assistance can be made in various ways including in-person, by phone, or by downloading forms from our website. Additionally, we provide support for Medicaid applications, uninsured discounts, and flexible payment options to ensure everyone has access to the care they need.
