The Movement Lab now offers online classes to maintain community connection and physical wellness through virtual platforms. Embracing technology, we have transitioned our GYROTONIC® group classes to Zoom and continue to provide outdoor MoveLab sessions with social distancing. We appreciate any donations to support our studio during these challenging times. Members with an Unlimited Group Class Membership have access to online classes included. We encourage members who are financially stable to maintain their memberships, offering a free month as gratitude. Our class schedules are accessible via our website or the MindBody app, ensuring easy registration and participation. Join us to stay active, engaged, and part of our thriving community.
