The Financial Readiness Program (FRP) at Ft. Leavenworth offers extensive educational and counseling services to help military personnel and their families achieve financial stability. The program includes guidance on debt management, consumer rights, budgeting, credit usage, financial planning, and insurance. Services are tailored to support various needs such as transitioning Soldiers, deployed Soldiers and their families, and those eligible for the Department of Defense Family Subsistence Supplemental Allowance Program. Additionally, the Army Emergency Relief (AER) provides financial assistance through grants and loans, supporting over 4 million Soldiers since 1942. Online resources and training are also available to enhance financial literacy.
