Athenian eAcademy emphasizes a disciplined and focused educational environment through a specific dress code designed to minimize distractions and maintain decorum. The uniform policy mandates attire that is appropriate for the weather and safe for all school activities. Students are required to wear uniform-style pants, shorts, capris, or skirts in navy, khaki, black, grey, or denim, which must be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee. Leggings are permitted under skirts and dresses if they match the approved uniform colors. Tops must be solid-colored collared polos or button-up shirts in navy, black, grey, or white, and spirit t-shirts are allowed. Footwear must be safe and practical, prohibiting flip flops, slippers, and high heels. The school also regulates hairstyles, jewelry, and other accessories to ensure they do not distract from the learning environment. Compliance with the dress code is overseen by the school principal to ensure a conducive educational atmosphere.
