The University of North Dakota's Wellness Center offers a comprehensive Fitness Program designed to cater to members of all skill levels. The program includes a variety of services such as Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training, and Fitness Assessments, available for an additional fee. The center also hosts the 1000 LBS Club Challenge, a weightlifting competition that encourages participants to test their strength across multiple weight categories. Additionally, the center provides access to nationally certified personal trainers and a range of fitness services aimed at both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. Training and certification programs are also available to enhance intellectual and occupational wellness.
