Battle Born Academy's administrative and office staff are led by dedicated individuals committed to educational equity and community engagement. Kathy Rudd, a co-executive director and founder, brings extensive experience in education leadership and curriculum development. Katie Krackhardt, also a co-executive director and founder, focuses on creating equitable learning environments and integrating arts into the curriculum. Connie Reyes, the Community Relations and Student Recruitment Coordinator, enhances family and community engagement, while Fabiola Harvey, Chief of Staff for Operations, excels in strategic finance and staff development. Additionally, Hudson, the school mascot, provides emotional support, enhancing the school's nurturing environment.
