Overview

Speed Puzzling Fundraisers are lively, competitive events that combine teamwork, fun, and community spirit—all for a great cause! Hosted by Mind Quest Puzzles and Games, these events invite participants to race against the clock to complete a jigsaw puzzle before other teams. It’s a social, family-friendly way to raise money for local charities, schools, and community groups.

How It Works

Each event is organized in partnership with a Charity or Group, with all proceeds directly supporting their mission. Participants register as teams (2–4 people) or as individual puzzlers, paying a small entry fee that goes toward the fundraiser.

The event runs on a set time limit (for example, one or two hours), during which all teams work on identical puzzles provided by the host. The first team to finish—or the one closest to completion when time runs out—is declared the winner!

Additional fundraising options such as raffles, donations, or prize drawings can be added to boost contributions and community engagement

Roles and Responsibilities

• Mind Quest Puzzles and Games (Host/Store):
• Provides event space, setup, and puzzles.
• Manages promotion through its local and online channels.
• Handles registration, collects entry fees, and ensures all funds are transferred to the partner charity within an agreed timeframe

Promotion and Partnerships

Both Mind Quest Puzzles and Games and the partnering Charity/Group may promote the event using each other’s names and logos, with prior approval. This collaboration helps amplify reach, drive participation, and make the fundraiser a community highlight
